For people wishing to attend this event, we encourage you to register by completing the Google survey available from the link below. Please complete the form, where you can also indicate your intention to present a poster or give a talk.
PhD students may present a poster. The abstract must be submitted in .doc or .docx format by Monday 13th May included, in accordance with the template below.

Oral presentations will be preferentially given to 3rd year PhD students, but all PhD students are welcome to register if they wish to. The abstract must be sent in .doc or .docx format before Monday 13th May. The presentation will last 8 minutes, followed by 2 minutes of questions. The presentation must be submitted in .pdf and .ppt format by Friday 14th June, in accordance with the template below.
